Sudoku does not create a user account. There is no cloud Sudoku account, login profile, or server-side account record to close. This page explains how to delete local app data, withdraw privacy authorization, and contact us about consented diagnostic data.

Delete data stored on your device

Sudoku stores puzzle progress, history, statistics, nickname, avatar, settings, and privacy choices in the app’s private storage. To remove this information:

If the app offers a relevant reset or deletion control for a specific item, use it first.
On Android, open the device’s app settings for Sudoku and choose Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall Sudoku.
On iOS, choose Delete App for Sudoku. “Offload App” may preserve documents and data, so use Delete App when you want local data removed.

These actions erase data from that installation. Because Sudoku has no account or cloud synchronization, the developer cannot remotely restore deleted local progress.

Withdraw privacy authorization

Clear Sudoku’s app storage on Android or delete the app on iOS. This removes the stored accepted decision and stops that installation from starting Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics again. If you open Sudoku after clearing its storage or reinstalling it, choose Disagree; the services remain disabled and the app closes without starting Sudoku play.

Withdrawal is not retroactive. It does not erase processing lawfully completed before withdrawal or data a service provider must retain for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Request help with consented diagnostic data

Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics records are generally associated with Firebase-generated installation or app-instance identifiers rather than a Sudoku account, name, or email address. This can limit our ability to locate data from an email address alone.

If you want us to review a deletion request for information that may have been collected after consent, contact us and include the platform, approximate dates, app version, and any installation or crash identifier that the app or support team specifically makes available. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, complete advertising identifiers, or puzzle solutions.

Contact Sudoku privacy support

We will assess the request under applicable law and the technical capabilities of our service providers. Google may independently retain limited records under its own legal, security, and retention obligations.

What this page does not delete

There is no Google, Apple, or Sudoku login account connected to the current classic Sudoku app.
Removing Sudoku does not delete your Google Account, Apple Account, device backup, or unrelated data managed by the operating system.
An email request cannot erase local information on a device that we cannot access; use the device steps above.
Aggregate or de-identified measurements that no longer identify an app installation may remain.
